MAIDEN - Wanda Chapman Rogers, 65, of South Main Avenue, Maiden, passed away July 17, 2009, at the Palliative Care Center and Hospice of Catawba.

She was born Sept. 4, 1943, in Catawba County to the late Blanch Alexander Chapman and Vera Belle Crowe Chapman.

Services will be held Monday, July 20, 2009, at 4 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Maiden.

The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m., prior to the service.

The interment will be at Maiden City Cemetery. The Rev. Sarah Kalish will officiate.
