UNDERCOVER SUSPECT SURRENDERS

Lonniel Phillips turned himsfle into Lincoln County authorities Tuesday regarding drug charges from December.

By Jon Mayhew (STANLEY) -- A Stanley man, on the run from authorities since late last year on drug charges, turns himself into Lincoln County authorities on Tuesday.

Lonniel Antoin Phillips, 25, 1962 Stanley Lucia Road, Stanley, was arrested on charges of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver crack cocaine, the sale of crack cocaine, and delivery of crack cocaine.

He was entered NCIC (National Crime Information Center) after being charged on a warrant in December following an undercover operation.

Phillips was released from the Harven A. Crouse Detention Center under a $14,000 secured bond
