TWO SEPARATE SEXUAL ARRESTS

LINCOLN COUNTY -- Two Lincoln County men have been arrested in separate sexual incidents involving two 15 year-olds.

In the first arrest, Lincoln County Sheriff's detective Steve Grinnell
arrested Adam Lee Braddy, 22, 4495 Amity Lane, Iron Station, on felony
charges of statutory rape; stautory sexual offense with a person 15 years
old; and indecent liberties with a minor.

The incidents in the Braddy case occurred between July and September of
2006. The victim was a family acquaintance. Braddy remains in the Harven
A. Crouse Detention Center under a $40,000 secured bond.

In the second incident, Grinnell arrested Billy Ray Green Jr., High Shoals,
on charges of statutory rape and taking indecent liberties with a child. The
incidents occurred between June and September of 2007. Green was
released on a $40,000 secured bond.
