cooked and diced
- ¼ cup vinaigrette
dressing
- 1 cup dried
cranberries
- 2 tablespoons sliced
almonds (option
toasted)
- Lettuce leaves
Directions
- Toss chicken,
cranberries, and almonds
with dressing.
- Serve on a lettuce
leaf or mound of chopped
lettuce.
