SUSPECTED
PROWLER ENDS UP CITED ON DRUG CHARGES
LINCOLNTON
-- A man calls police after hearing
something in his back yard early
Wednesday morning. Police locate a
suspect nearby 1613 Broome Street and
find drugs.
Officer Mike Reep
responded and spoke with the victim, who
said he went out to see who or what was
making the noise. That’s when the
victim noticed a white male jumping a
fence.
Within moments,
Reep caught up with a white male subject.
After checking 26-year-old William Beaver
for weapons, Reep discovered a small
quantity of marijuana and six pills of
Xanex.
Reep cited Beaver
on drug charges and the man was released
from custody.
