-- For many west Lincoln
church goers Sunday, getting
dressed for church meant getting
dressed in the dark.
Duke Power
reported a power line burned off
a pole in west Lincoln, plunging
more than 900 residents in the
dark for several hours. For
security reasons, the Duke Power
spokesperson would not tell The
Carolina Scoop where the outage
actually happened.
The power was
restored around 11:30 a.m.
according to Duke Power.
