Police:
man taping woman
for pleasure

August 24, 2011 -- An
incident report at the Lincolnton
Police Department indicates a man was
watching a woman since early December
through a video recording device.
The original incident happened at a
Georgetown Road address. The
24-year-old victim in the case now
lives elsewhere.

Lail’s incident report reads
“the suspect placed recording
device in victim’s bedroom for
self-arousal.”
The report lists the relationship
between the suspect and victim as
acquaintance. The report said the
recording device was found Sunday
morning.
The case is under further
investigation and as of Monday night,
no charges have been filed.
