TWO ARRESTED IN SEPARATE INCIDENTS

LINCOLN COUNTY – Lincoln County Sheriff’s Detective Kelly Paris has made a pair of arrests last Tuesday in a pair of separate breaking and entering cases.

Detective Paris arrested and charged Daron Clayton Fortenberry Jr. with felony breaking and entering and felony larceny following a March 29, 2009 incident that happened on Bishs Way.

Fortenberry was taken to the Harven A. Crouse Detention Center under an $8,000 secured bond.

Also last Tuesday, Detective Paris arrested Paul Edward Swino and charged him with felony breaking and entering for an incident that occurred in December 2008. The incident occurred at a residence in the Iron Station area.

Swino was given a $5,000 secured bond.
