CROUSE - Nettie Miller Paris, 90, Crouse, died June 9, 2009.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday at New Heights Baptist Church in High Shoals. The body will lie in state 30 minutes prior to the service. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7-8:30 p.m. Thursday at Warlick Funeral Home.

A native of Athens, Ga., she retired as a spinner for Burlington Mills.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Hester Bennett Miller and husband, J.M. Paris.

Survivors include sons Gene Paris and Jim Paris, both of Crouse; eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Warlick Funeral Home in Lincolnton is serving the Paris family.
