CHARLOTTE - Nancy Hunter Ballard, 80, of 117 Orange St., died June 24, 2009, at her residence.

She was born in Lincoln County on June 7, 1929, daughter of the late Justice Hunter and Obelle Jackson Hunter.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday in the chapel at Ebony & White's Funeral Service.

The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service at the funeral home.

Burial will be private.

Ebony & White's Funeral Service is serving the Ballard family.
