MAIDEN -- Mrs. Myrtle Cloninger
Rash, age 84, of 4357 South Olivers Cross
Roads, Maiden, died Thursday, February
12, 2009.
Her funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday,
February 15, 2009 in the Warlick Funeral
Home Chapel with Rev. Joey Denton
officiating. Burial will follow in the
Gaston Memorial Park in Gastonia. The
family will receive friends from 12:30
p.m. until 1:45 p.m. Sunday at Warlick
Funeral Home in Lincolnton.
Mrs. Rash was a native of Gaston County
born December 2, 1924 daughter of the
late Ralph and Stella Brooks Cloninger.
She was also preceded in death by her
husband, Frank Gamble Rash, son, Ronald
Rash and a brother Arnold Cloninger. Mrs.
Rash attended Denver Baptist Church in
Denver, N.C. and worked in the textile
industry before retiring.
Survivors include two sons, Frank
Mike Rash Jr. of Stanley, and
Mark Rash of Denver; one daughter Diane
Rayfield of Maiden; daughter-in-law,
Patricia Rash of Belmont; one sister
Betty Noblett of Bessemer City; eight
grandchildren and fifteen great
grandchildren.

Lincolnton, NC 28092.
