DENVER - John Cornwell Houser, 77, of 6367 Spruce Street, died July 13, 2009.

His funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Salem United Methodist Church in Denver.

Burial will be in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at Warlick Funeral Home.

Mr. Houser was born Nov. 11, 1931, in Lincoln County, to the late Ellis K. and Mae Nance Houser.

Warlick Funeral Home is serving the Houser family.
