CHERRYVILLE -- Mr. James T. Hall, age 64, of 1796 Bess Chapel Church Road in Cherryville died Monday, February 16, 2009 at Carolinas Medical Center-Lincoln.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at Warlick Funeral Home in Lincolnton, NC.
His funeral will be 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 21, 2009 at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home in Martin, KY. Burial will follow in Davidson Memorial Gardens in Ivel, KY. The family will receive friends at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 20, 2009 at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home with a church service to follow visitation at 7:00 pm with Rev. Louis Ferrari officiating.

Mr. Hall was born in Floyd County, KY and was the son of the late Talt and Minnie Belle Hatfield Hall. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Wid Hall and Everett Hall and one sister, Sara Newsome. Mr. Hall was a retired electrician.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Ferguson Hall of the home; two sons, Jason Hall and wife Lisa of Cherryville and James Hall and wife Brandi of Lincolnton; two sisters, Della Hall of Crouse and Virginia Smallwood of Bevinsville, KY; three grandchildren, Meagan Hall, Josh Hall and Houston Hall.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Shriners International Headquarters, 2900 Rocky Point Dr. Tampa, FL 33607 – 1460.
