Illegal Immigrant Facing Sexual Assault Charges

CROUSE -- Lincoln County Sheriff’s detective Sally Dellinger has charged an illegal immigrant with two count of first-degree rape. Noe Perez Trinidad, 18, of 3814 Crouse School Road, Crouse, NC is charged in connection with the rape of a 12-year-old female.

Dellinger said Lincoln County Sheriff’s detectives and DSS were dispatched to the scene after an anonymous source reported the alleged incident. The suspect in the case gave officers a fake Social Security Card and ID when they questioned him at the scene.

Trinidad was interviewed at the Sheriff’s Office on Friday and charged with the incidents that occurred at his Crouse School Road residence.

He is in the Harven A. Crouse Detention Center under a $150,000 secured bond and his next court appearance will be on August 21, 2008
