LINCOLNTON - Haywood C. Woods, 67, of 2336 North Street, died June 14, 2009, at CMC-Lincoln.

He was born in Lincoln County on Dec. 23, 1941, son of the late Andrew Woods and Chaddie Bell Wilkes Woods.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Providence Missionary Baptist Church.

Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.

The family will receive friends 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the church.
