marijuana find
leads to arrest

December 16, 2011 – A
Laboratory Road man was arrested by
Lincolnton Police investigator Dennis
Harris Thursday night after
authorities found marijuana at the
suspect’s residence.
Harris said Edward Donnell
Latten’s girlfriend gave
authorities permission to search the
residence which is located west of
Lincolnton.
Harris charged the 35-year-old with
possession with intent to sell and
deliver marijuana and maintaining a
dwelling to sell marijuana…
Harris said there was at least a
pound of marijuana in the residence.
Authorities also found scales and
baggies in the residence.
Bonds on the city and county charges
total $50,000. Latten was scheduled
to be in Lincoln County District
Court on Friday.
