AUTHORITIES SEEKING PUPLIC'S HELP IN FINDING SUSPECT

DENVER – Detectives with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office are seeking the public's help in finding the suspect responsible in a "smash and grab" break-in at the Denver Cornerstone Convenience Store, 436 N. Highway 16.
The incident happened on September 28 and The Carolina Scoop was first to bring readers the story.
Surveilance pictures released by investigators show the brazen suspect committing the crime.

A black male drove up to the business in what appeared to be a white rollback or vehicle carrier and broke out a front window in the store to gain entry.
The thief entered the store through the window and fled with a large amount of cigarettes and cash from the register.
The burglar alarm activated and sent a signal to the alarm company monitoring service. The Communications Center was alerted and dispatched officers to the scene. By the time they arrived, the suspect had fled the scene.
