INVESTIGATING HOME INVASION

[LINCOLNTON] A man inside
his Chapman Street residence discovers an
unknown black male subject in his living
room.
Lincolnton Police officer Tony Potts said
Donald Coble was waiting for his wife to
come home, when he heard the door open
and close.
He was waiting for his wife in a
back bedroom, said Potts.
When Mr. Coble heard the door open
and close, he asked if it was her.
When Coble made it to the other part of
the house, he found the suspect in the
kitchen.
According to Coble, the suspect had
already went through the living room.
When the suspect saw the victim,
the suspect turned and ran out the front
door, said Potts, adding Coble
couldnt provide a description of
the suspect.
Nothing was taken from the residence.
Coble wasnt injured in the
incident.
