“HERE COMES THE BRIDE”

By Jon Mayhew [VALE] – There will be a lot of “blushing” going on Saturday at Lincoln County’s premiere winery.

Saturday from noon until 3pm, Woodmill Winery in Vale will host a bridal show. According to winery owner/operator Larry Cagle, gowns will be displayed from Anjolique Bridal and Formal Wear.

“There are also numerous vendors involved including photographers, formal wear, caterers, party rentals, bed and breakfasts, flowers and décor,” said Cagle. “Door prizes are also available and there will be a fashion show at 2pm.”

The event is free and open to the public. The winery will be decorated for weddings, as many couples make Woodmill Winery a wedding destination.

A free wine tasting will also be available, including the recently-released Blackberry wine known as “Black Velvet.”
