2:30am -- Break and enter/larceny/damage to property at 16 Woodmont Circle
By breaking glass and stealing TV and pistol from residence

11:04am -- Disturbance at 301 S. Aspen Street
Verbal argument between subjects

12:10pm -- Lost property at 2218 E. Main St. (Harris-Teeter)
Lost diamond ring

3:10pm -- Larceny at 1419 E. Main Street (McDonalds)
By taking victim's wallet

3:10pm -- 401 N. Generals Blvd. (Wal-Mart)
By taking items without paying for them

5:02pm -- Unresponsive person at Center Drive (Dominos Pizza)
Subject unresponsive but breathing

6:24pm -- Disturbance, resist/obstruct/delay at 627 E. Main Street (Lincolnton Police Dept.)
Subject becoming aggressive with family and violent with officers

7:11pm -- Disturbance at 664 S. Grove Street
Subjects arguing with each other

8:53pm -- 911 Hangup at 237 Colonial Village Drive
By dialing 911 and hanging up

9:54pm -- Call for service at 1618 Broome St.
Report of an assault.

1:59am -- Fight in progress at 1426 E. Main St. (Tradewinds Seafood Co.)
Subjects fighting at business

9:05am -- Police received a call of damage to property in the parking lot of Members Credit Union at 1822 North Aspen Street. Someone was hitting a customer's vehicle with a sledge hammer.

1pm -- A traffic stop by police at 1413 E. Main Street (Market Basket) led to a case of identity theft, where a subject used someone else's name during the stop.

2pm -- Police were called to a residence at 130 Allendale Lane in reference to communicating threats. A teenager received a threatening email.

5:57pm -- Police received a call of indecent exposure at Surfs Up Tan, located at 1561 N. Aspen Street. A witness claimed someone was exposing himself in a car in the parked vehicle area.

11:31pm -- A mom called police to report her undisciplined juvenile at 206 Mauney Drive. A 15-year-old left his residence after his mom told him not to leave.
