Disturbance -- 2568 East Main Street (Times Turn Around). Officer Richard Harrington said intoxicated subject was inside of business trying to start a fight

Obtain Property Under False Pretense -- 1436 North Aspen Street. Officer Richard Harrington said subject used false information to gain monies.

Trespass -- City of Lincolnton right of way on North Flint Street. Officer Mike Reep said a vehicle was stuck on the right of way.

Breaking, Entering and Larceny from a Motor Vehicle; Damage to Property -- 324 West Main Street. Sergeant Spencer Summers said suspect threw a brick through the victim's windshield.

Speeding to Elude Arrest, Seat Belt Violation, Stop Sign Violation -- Congress Street and Poplar Street. Officer Billy Burgin said subject failed to stop vehicle for traffic violations.
