homeowner heard someone outside of her
residence.

Main Street (Comfort Inn). Officer
Richard Harrington said a non-guest was
in a disturbance with the manager.

Street. Officer Tony Potts said subjects
were having an argument.
Identity Theft -- 1257
Janice Road. Officer Dwayne McAllister
said someone used victim's name to obtain
electricity.
Disturbance -- 1550 East
Main Street (Comfort Inn). Officer Ashley
Boyles said suspects were creating loud
noises, disturbing the guests.
Search Warrant -- 111
Hubbard Street. Officers executed a
search warrant finding marijuana.

Harrington said subjects were having a
fight.

Street (Lincolnton High School).
Lieutenant Randy Willis said students
caused a disturbance by running away down
the hallway.

Gaston Street (Lincoln Nursing Center).
Sergeant Johnny Caudle said someone
tookitems from victim's room.
Identity Theft -- 401
North Generals Boulevard (Wal-Mart).
Officer Billy Burgin said someone used
victim's account to cash a check.
Trespass -- 105 Davis
Street. Officer Billy Burgin said someone
was on victim's property without
permission.
Disturbance -- 512
Linden Street. Lieutenant Randy Willis
said there was an argument concerning
work being done on property.
Lost or Stolen Property -- 2568
East Main Street (Times Turn Around).
Officer Jimmy Barlowe said victim's
wallet was taken from victim's vehicle at
the store.

South Cedar Street. Officer Jimmy Barlowe
said victim didn't like neighbor coming
over un-invited.
Breaking Entering and larceny to
a Motor Vehicle -- East Main
Street (Sentry Drug). Officer Mark Sain
said someone took pocketbook from
victim's vehicle.

Street. Officer Richard Taylor said
subjects were on the property after being
asked to leave.

said subjects were arguing.

Sain said subjects were arguing with each
other.

without paying.

victim got into argument with ex-husband.

Taylor said subject was on the property
after being asked to leave.

someone was playing their music too loud.
