1/08/09 @ 8:40am -- Identity Theft, Obtaining Services by False Pretense, Obtaining Controlled Substances by Fraud, Insurance Fraud: 200 Gamble Drive (CMC-Lincoln). Suspect used sister's name and identity to get medical services and drugs.

1/09/09 @ 1:30pm -- Fraud: 1550 East Main Street. Sergeant Willie Vaughn said subject submitted time that was not worked.

3:00pm -- Unattended Death: 113 Mauney Drive. Office Dwayne McAllister said subject found victim in bed unresponsive.

5:00pm -- Suspicious Person: 401 North Generals Boulevard (WalMart). Officer Dwayne McAllister said subject called and asked for a customer's information.
