1/4/09 @ 3:11am -- Disturbance: 120 Davis Street. Officer Mark Sain said subjects entered victims home after being told to stay away.

12:19pm -- Motor Vehicle Theft: 211 Little Street.Officer Billy Burgin said subject took a Ford Van from the driveway.

1:45pm -- Breaking, Entering and Larceny: 405 Green Street. Lieutenant Randy Willis said suspect forcibly opened the back door and took property.

6:16pm -- Domestic Disturbance: 306 Hubbard Street. Officer Mark Sain said subjects were arguing with each other.

7:38pm -- Assist DSS: 120 Davis Street.Lieutenant Kenny Shrum said DSS needed assistance to check home.

10:20pm -- Disturbance, Trespassing: 702 South Aspen Street. Officer Richard Taylor said subjects were arguing with each other.

11:15pm -- Verbal Argument: 306 Hubbard Street. Officer Mark Sain said subjects were arguing with each other.

1/5/09 @ 1:36am -- Suspicious Person; Breaking, Entering, Larceny; Damage to Property: Jeb Seagle Road (Lincolnton High School). Officer Mark Sain said three teenage juveniles entered the school and damaged property.

11:29am -- Damage to Property: 1402 East Gaston Street (Lincoln County YMCA). Office Dwayne McAllister said someone struck a tree with a vehicle causing damge.

11:45am -- Welfare Check: 12 Chapman Street. Office Dwayne McAllister checked on the welfare of a subject.
