1/3/09 @ 12:34am -- First Degree Trespass: 104 Davis Street. Officer Mark Sain said subject subject refused to leave residence.

12:50am -- Various Drug and Traffic Charges: East Main Street/North Generals Boulevard roadway. Sergeant Jeremy Wilson said suspect possessed marijuana.

1:35am -- Noise Complaint: Officer Richard Taylor said someone complained of noise.

9:03am -- Assault on a Female, 2nd Degree Trespass: 127 Deaton Avenue. Officer Billy Burgins said male suspect struck female in the face.

3:14pm --Littering: Lithia Inn Road and Wellington Drive. Officer Jimmy Barlowe said trash and debris was thrown about the roadway.

9:11pm -- Breaking and Entering, larceny to a Motor Vehicle: 742 West Highway 27 (Bi-Lo). Officer Mark Sain said someone entered vehicle taking a purse.

1/4/09 @ 7:47am -- Call for Service: 200 Gamble Drive (CMC-Lincoln). Officer Jimmy Barlowe said juvenile refused to leave the hospital.
