1/2/09 @10:05am -- Larceny: 626 Center Drive (The Drug Store). Officer Billy Burgin said suject concealed and took items from the store.

11:13am -- Larceny: 656 Center Drive (Dollar General). Officer Jimmy Barlowe said subject took items without permission.

3:20pm -- Intoxicated Person -- 800 block of North Flint Street. Lieutenant Randy Willis said intoxicated subject fell down next to the street.

6:43pm -- Call for Service: 221 Victory Grove Church Road. Officer Richard Taylor said subject had to have officers stand by due to an active restraining order.

7:24pm -- Call for Service: 327 North Aspen Street. Officer Mark Sain said someone knocked on the door and the windows of the victims residence.

9:25pm -- Restraining Order Violation. 1625 Sigmon Street. Officer Richard Taylor said subject violated an active restraining order.

9:27pm -- Disturbance: 320-A North Aspen Street. Lieutnenant Kenny Shrum said subject wanted person out of his house.
