9:20pm -- Lost Property: East Main Street. Officer Mike Reep said subject left wallet on top of vehicle.

9:48pm -- Overdose: 1571 South Aspen Street. Officer Mike Reep said subject took medication.

1/10/09 @ 1:30am -- Open Door: 101 Arbor Run Drive. Officer Mike Reep said a storage unit door was left open.

1:55am -- Trespass: 401 West Main Street (One Stop). Officer Richard Harrington said a subject was on the property after being banned.

4:03am -- Disturbance, Comunicating Threats: 2654 East Main Street (Holt's Family Restaurant). Sergeant Spencer Summers said the subjec was causing a disturbance at the business.

6:16pm -- Shoplifting: 401 North Generals Boulvard (WalMart). Officer Richard Harrington said subject took cell phone without paying for it.

9:13pm -- Disturbance: 127 Davis Street. Officer Tony Potts said the disturbance was caused by people arguing.

9:16pm -- Shoplifting: 401 Generals Boulevard (WalMart). Officer Mike Reep said subject took property without paying for it.

10:36pm -- Shoplifting: 401 Generals Boulevard (WalMart). Officer Richard Harrington said subject took blue jeans without paying for them.

11:08pm -- Disturbance: 1021 Gaston Street. Officer Mike Reep said mother and son were arguing.
