224 New Bold Street. Officer Billy Burgin
said 11 year old subject cursed and
yelled at victim.
Suspicious Person: Sidewalk in front of
the Chamber of Commerce. Lieutenant Randy
Willis said there was a report of a
person making obscene gestures.
Obtaining Property by False Pretenses:
204 East Main Street (Bank of America)
Officer Jimmy Barlowe said someone took
money from subject's debit card.
Disturbance: 712 South Laurel Street.
Sergeant Johnny Caudle said subjects were
arguing.
Simple Physical Assault, Communicating
Threats: 800 Madison Street. Officer
Jimmy Barlowe said subject was struck in
the face.
Noise Complaint: 164 Broome Street.
Officer Richard Taylor said subjects were
playing music too loud.
Verbal Argument: 143 Williams Street.
Officer Mark Sain said subjects were
arguing with each other.
