Damage to property – 475 N. Generals Boulevard (Zippers) – Officer Richard Harrington said someone broke the bowl area of a commode.

Damage to property – 172 A Street – Officer Jimmy Barlowe said a basement door panel was broken.

Larceny of motor vehicle – 1235 Rocky Hill Lane (Rudisill Transport) – Officer Jimmy Barlowe said a vehicle was taken from the parking lot of a business.

Unlawful burning, suspicious person – 1222 E. Main Street (ABC Store) – Officer Jimmy Barlowe said smoke was seen behind the business with a man running from the area.

Obtaining property by false pretenses – 2586 East Main Street (5th/3rd Bank) – Officer Billy Burgin said someone attempted to cash a fraudulent check.

Identity theft – 254 lake Sylvia Road – Sgt. Jeremy Wilson said someone may have stolen victim’s identity on the Internet.

Larceny – 529 N. Aspen Street – Officer Richard Taylor said someone took the victim’s cell phone.
