reference to people running a stop sign.

Burgin said there was an argument between
subjects in the front yard.

-- Lt. Kent Lukach said two subjects were
threatened inside the restaurant.
Bomb

Library) -- Sgt. Johnny Caudle said
someone called in bomb threats.
Disturbance

Willis said the victim was intoxicated
and arguing with his mother.
