Dec. 17 @ 5:30pm -- Larceny: 401 N. Generals Blvd. (Walmart). Officer Dwayne McAlister said someone took a pair of boots without paying for them.

Dec. 17@ 6:30pm -- Speak with an officer: 2213 Arney St. Officer Richard Harrington said subject received a suspicious telephone call.

Dec. 17 @6:59pm -- Larceny by employee: 401 N. Generals Blvd. (Wamlart). Officer Mike Reep said employee stole $61 from employeer.

Dec. 17 @ 8:17pm -- Welfare check: 109 Deaton Avenue. Sgt. Spencer Summers said he had to check on welfare of subject at residence.

Dec. 17 @9:56pm -- Shots fired: 327 Davis Street. Officer Richard Harrington said someone fire shots into the air.

Dec 17 @ 10:05pm -- Assault with a deadly weapon: 517 Magnolia St. Sgt. Spencer Summers said the victim was shot multiple times.

Dec. 18 @ 6:05am -- Communicating threats, sexual battery: 125 Davis St. Officer Dwayne McAlister said someone made threats towards the victim.

Dec. 18 @ 3:17pm -- Suspicious vehicle and person: E. Main Street. Lt. Randy Willis said someone made obscene gestures towards motorist.

Dec 18 @ 3:33pm -- Breaking and entering to motor vehicle, larceny, fraud by check: Lincolnton Plaza parking lot. Sgt. Willie Vaughn said someone entered a pickup, took a check and wrote same.

Dec. 18 @ 4:30pm -- Suspicious person: North Aspen Street at Deaton Aveune. Sgt. Willie Vaughn said someone tried to get a 14-year-old girl into a truck.
