INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. lite soy sauce
- 1/3 c. mined onion
- 4 celery ribs,
chopped
- 2 (8 oz) cans sliced
water chestnuts, drained
- 2 T. grated fresh
ginger
- 2 minced garlic
cloves
- 1 (3 lb) whole
chicken - skinned
- 2 tsp. paprika
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375
degrees
- Combine first 5
ingredients in large
zip-top plastic bag
- Add chicken
- Seal and chillfor 1
hour, turning
occasionally
- Coat a rack in
a roasting pan with
cooking spray.
- Place chicken, breast
side up, on rack.
- Pour marinade over
chicken
- Cover with foil and
bake for 45 minutes
- Uncover; coat chicken
with Pam and sprinkle
with paprika
- Bake UNCOVERED 45
more minutes or until
done.
