ZTA #564 Lincoln County, applicant A proposal to amend Section 16.7 of the Lincoln County Zoning Ordinance to provide for civil penalties to be stepped up for zoning violations that are not corrected, and to provide for increased civil penalties for repeat violations within a 12-month period.

ZTA #565 Lincoln County, applicant A proposal to amend Sections 2.4, 8.7.7 and 8.19.1 of the Lincoln County Zoning Ordinance to allow a recreational vehicle to be used as an accessory dwelling unit to accommodate an aged, infirmed or handicapped person needing a substantial amount of personal care (or that person’s care provider), or to temporarily accommodate a person or family whose residence has been foreclosed on.

SOA #31 Lincoln County, applicant A proposal to amend sections 204.2 of the Lincoln County Subdivision Ordinance to provide for civil penalties to be increased for subdivision violations that are not promptly corrected, and to provide for increased civil penalties for repeat violations within a 12-month period.
