Lincoln County Officials Laying the Smackdown on Two Shelters….

Something happens of note every year when I go visit my mother-in-law in the greater Georgetown, SC, area.

This year, it started with an email I received from Joann Hager, informing me that Vicki Rauch was arrested for failing to
appear in court regarding the complaint on her animal shelter, filed by Lincoln County government.

We first reported the issue on The Carolina Scoop after being contacted by both Rauch, whose son owns All Creatures Great and
Small in Lincolnton, and a neighbor of Rauch’s, who said the smell and noise of Rauch’s 100-plus animals is “unbelievable.”
